Teaser Poster Designs

I didn't know what any of the provided series were about because I don't watch TV, so I just chose to work on The Walking Dead since it didn't have nearly as many seasons out as the other ones and seemed like I could catch up pretty quickly. So that's what I did this weekend. These are the rough poster designs that I came up with:

I guess I should provide some explanation for this one.. I depicted a rubber duck because ducks are often portrayed as shooting targets, and I thought it was interesting that "[i]n the United States military, a rubber duck or 'rubber ducky' refers to a fake training weapon, usually an M16 rifle, used in basic training."* Though in this case, it's not a drill--the main characters are facing "real" dangers, so I decided to zombify the duck in order to address that fact. I was thinking of adding some kind of tagline like "This is not a drill" or something along that line, but it sounded stupid, so I decided against it. I'm never good at coming up with these kind of stuff...

Mine's the "Drawing" section! It's still a work in progress, but it's mostly done. I just need to type up more content/little more coding, and I'll be done :)

Dear Stan

So I went to your office today to slide my CD under your door like you said (I don't know if you were kidding, but yes, I took that seriously), but the case I had was too thick to go through that tiny space, so I taped mine on your door. I only did this because I'm flying to Japan tomorrow early in the morning, and I won't be able to hand it to you then.

I went to the CMC today to finish up my website after getting a lunch with some people from our class because I had to get back on campus anyway to burn my CD for Stan. Then, a bunch of seniors came in later, and I got a chance to talk to a few of them! Surprise, I'm being social; that's new. We talked about 3D animation and whatnot.. it was interesting. And now I have Cinema4D on my laptop. I ended up staying there for a few hours longer than I expected, but it was nice getting to talk to them since I never really get to :)
